DOES IT FEEL LIKE “MOM” HAS BECOME YOUR WHOLE ANSWER TO “WHO ARE YOU?”
- You love your baby. And you can still miss parts of yourself.
- Feeding, sleep, appointments, laundry, bottles, diapers + simply getting through the day can take up almost everything.
- Things that used to feel like you can get very quiet.
- Your interests may feel far away.
- Your goals may feel far away.
- You may catch yourself thinking, “I am just a mom now.”
- Or, “I don't even know who I am anymore.”
- You do not need to choose between loving motherhood and wanting to feel like a whole person too.
AND YOU MAY BE THINKING...
- I don't have time for this. — Start with the shortest exercise. It takes about 3–5 minutes.
- I don't want another giant postpartum workbook. — Grounded is 9 pages with 4 focused exercises. You do not have to work through a huge program.
- I am too tired to figure out who I am right now. — You do not have to figure out your whole identity. Each exercise gives you 3 clear steps.
- I don't want someone telling me to go back to who I was before the baby. — Grounded does not ask you to go backward. It helps you notice the parts of yourself that are still here and the woman you are becoming.
- What if I really do feel lost? — You can start smaller than solving that feeling. Start with one thought, one value, one story, or one small action.
NOW IMAGINE...
- You notice the thought: “I am just a mom now.”
- Instead of treating it like a permanent fact, you have a simple exercise that helps you look at it differently.
- You remember one quality that still feels deeply like you.
- You choose one small thing you can do this week that connects with it.
- You do not need an entire free afternoon.
- You do not need to reinvent yourself.
- You begin with one small piece of you.
THAT IS EXACTLY WHY I CREATED GROUNDED.
- Grounded is a 9-page postpartum identity reset with 4 guided exercises.
- It helps you look at the story you are telling yourself, reconnect with your values, step back from one stuck thought + choose one small action that feels like you.
- The exercises take approximately 3–10 minutes each, depending on which one you choose.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS PRODUCT
Exercise 1 — Your Story (8–10 minutes)
- Say the story — say the story you have been living out loud.
- Find the exception — find one recent moment when that story was not completely true.
- Write the bigger story — write a bigger story that includes more of who you are.
- Your Turn worksheet — a separate page where you write out all three answers.
Exercise 2 — Your Values (5–7 minutes)
- Choose 5 values — pick five values from the list that feel most like you — the list includes choices such as creativity, adventure, independence, humor, connection, courage, play, authenticity + mastery.
- Rate each value — rate how much you have felt each one lately, from 1 to 5.
- Pick the lowest one — choose the lowest-rated value to focus on.
- Choose one small action — name one small thing you can do this week that reconnects you with it.
- Your Turn worksheet — a separate page for your five values, your ratings, and your one action.
Exercise 3 — The Stuck Thought (3–5 minutes)
- Write the thought — write the exact thought that keeps coming back.
- Create distance — choose 1 of 3 tricks — reframe it as “I am having the thought that...”, answer it with “Thanks, brain,” or picture it floating away on a river.
- Ask what changes — ask what you might do today if that thought were not running the show.
- Your Turn worksheet — a separate page for the complete exercise.
Exercise 4 — One Small Thing (5-minute setup)
- Choose one small thing — pick one specific thing that feels like you and takes 5 to 15 minutes.
- Attach it to your day — attach it to something you already do every day, and decide exactly when you will do it.
- Say who you are — say one simple sentence about the kind of woman you are before you begin.
- Your Turn worksheet — a separate page where you write the action, when you will do it, and what you will say.
Also included
- Plain-language explanation — a short teaching page before each exercise explaining what it is and why it works.
- Writing space — room on every Your Turn page to write your own answers.
- Clear 3-step directions — every exercise breaks down into exactly 3 steps, throughout the workbook.
- 9 pages total — a short digital postpartum resource, not a long program.
HOW THIS PRODUCT IS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PRODUCTS
- A blank journal gives you somewhere to write. — Grounded tells you exactly what to think about, say, write + do.
- “Find yourself again” is a huge instruction. — Grounded breaks that down into 4 small exercises.
- It does not tell you to become your old self again. — It helps you make room for more of who you are now.
- It does not require a huge block of time. — Each exercise is designed around a short, specific activity.
- It does not stop with thinking. — The final exercise asks you to choose a real 5–15 minute action that connects with who you are.
- It does not ask you to prove every difficult thought wrong. — The Stuck Thought exercise helps you step back enough to see the thought as a thought instead of automatically treating it as a fact.
REASONS WHY YOU NEED THIS PRODUCT NOW
- You can use the shortest Grounded exercise in approximately 3–5 minutes.
- You do not need to wait until you have enough energy to “work on yourself.”
- You do not need to solve your whole identity.
- One stuck thought is enough to begin.
- One value is enough to reconnect with.
- One small action is enough for this week.
- If the parts of you that matter keep getting pushed aside by survival mode, simply waiting for more free time does not automatically bring them back.
- Grounded gives you something concrete to do now, even when your available time is small.
- The final exercise deliberately asks for an action that takes only 5–15 minutes.
- You are not being asked to become someone else.
- You are making a little more room for someone who is already there.
